Your enquiry details
The form collects your full name, email address, project location, type of work and project description. Your phone number and planned start date are optional and are processed if you provide them. The form language, hr or en, is also included. Required fields are marked with an asterisk and must be completed to submit the form.
Reviewing your enquiry does not send it. Submission to Formspree starts only when you choose “Send enquiry”. Formspree’s Privacy Policy states that it may also process technical information associated with a submission, such as the IP address, browser type and access time, to operate and protect the service.
The form does not accept file uploads. You can send photographs, PDF drawings and a bill of quantities later by email or WhatsApp. Please include only the information needed to discuss your project.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry details only to respond, understand the construction work you need, discuss your project, prepare a quote and discuss the proposed agreement. For enquiries about a potential contract, the primary legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If we agree to carry out work, necessary information is then processed to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations. Handling your enquiry does not rely on marketing consent. The website has no newsletter subscription, and we do not use enquiries for advertising.
Recipients and Formspree
GIULIANA uses Formspree to receive contact enquiries. Submitted details pass through Formspree, which processes and stores them and sends a notification to the company’s business Gmail address: nikolajeicjeicnikola@gmail.com.
This Free account is governed by the standard Formspree Terms of Service and Privacy Policy accepted when the account was opened.

We use Google’s Gmail service to receive emails and continue the conversation. If you choose email or WhatsApp as an alternative to the form, you send your message through that service under its privacy terms. Opening those links does not also submit an enquiry to Formspree. WhatsApp is not embedded in this website and opens only when you follow its link.
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites / OpenAI. OpenAI processes technical data needed to host, maintain, secure and operate the website under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. The data covered by this addendum (“Hosted Data”) may include logs, usage and device information, and data collected through cookies or similar technologies. For international transfers, OpenAI applies safeguards under this addendum, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
Enquiry content is sent directly from your browser to Formspree, without passing through this website’s hosting server.

International data transfers
Formspree’s public documentation states that its infrastructure is in the United States. Submitting an enquiry therefore involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area. Formspree states that, as a data processor, it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers. Information about this mechanism is available on its Formspree Security page. You can email us for further information about the applicable safeguards.
Data retention
Closed enquiries that did not result in a contract are retained for no more than 12 months after the last substantive communication, or for a shorter period if the information is no longer needed. This is GIULIANA’s internal retention rule.
Active negotiations, agreed projects, invoices and contractual records are handled for their separate purposes and applicable retention periods. Information required to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be kept longer while there is a valid basis for retaining it.
The 12-month period is not the retention period for Formspree’s technical submission history. Storage by that provider is governed by its applicable terms and account settings. Please contact GIULIANA at the email address above with retention questions or an erasure request.
Your rights
Subject to the circumstances and legal conditions, you have the right to access your data and receive a copy, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request erasure where there is no longer a basis for keeping it, and restrict processing in the circumstances set out in the GDPR.
Data portability applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract where the other legal requirements are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or a public-interest task under the conditions of the GDPR. Where a particular processing activity actually relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Analytics and local preferences
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is not enabled and will remain off for the initial public launch. GIULIANA does not use marketing trackers on this website or send form content to analytics. Information about locally stored preferences is available in our Cookie Policy.
